Terms of Use

1. What HoodSnipr is

HoodSnipr is a non-custodial interface for discovering and trading tokens on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663). It displays market data and constructs transactions that your wallet submits to public Uniswap contracts. We never take possession of your assets and cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover them.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and must not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where using this interface would be unlawful. You are responsible for your own legal and tax compliance.

3. Fees

• HoodSnipr charges 0.25% of the trade amount on snipes and on sales, sent to a fixed fee address disclosed in the interface.
• The fee is charged before the swap executes and is non-refundable once signed.
• If a swap fails after a fee has been paid, the amount is credited against your next trade automatically. That credit is stored in your browser and is lost if you clear site data.
• Network gas is paid to the chain, never to us, and is never refundable.

4. No advice, no guarantees

Nothing in this interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Rankings, trend scores, trust scores, and safety labels are automated heuristics derived from public data. They are frequently wrong. A high score is not an endorsement and a low score is not an accusation. Quotes, prices, and estimated outputs are indicative and are not execution guarantees.

5. Risk acknowledgement

• Tokens may be worthless, may be scams, and may be designed so you cannot sell them.
• Trending volume is frequently manufactured. Our filters reduce noise; they cannot make a token safe.
• Prices move fast, liquidity can vanish, and slippage can be severe.
• Smart contracts, wallets, RPC providers, indexers, and this interface can all fail or return wrong data.
• Robinhood Chain is a new network and carries new-network risk, including downtime and reorganisations.

6. The HoodSnipr wallet

The optional in-browser wallet generates a private key on your device and stores it in your browser only. We cannot recover it. If you clear site data, lose the device, or use a different browser without exporting the key, any funds in that wallet are permanently gone. Export the key and store it safely before funding it.

7. Prohibited use

Do not use HoodSnipr to launder money, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, or to attack, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the service.

8. Third-party services and tokens

Token data may come from DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Blockscout, and launchpads including pons. Listing a token is not an endorsement of it, its creator, or its launchpad. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is not guaranteed.

9. $QUIVR

$QUIVR is a utility token whose only guaranteed function is fee tiering within HoodSnipr. It is not equity, not a claim on revenue, and not a promise of profit. It may go to zero.

10. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoodSnipr and its contributors are not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the interface, from smart contract behaviour, or from third-party services — including losses caused by bugs in this interface.

11. No affiliation

HoodSnipr is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., Uniswap Labs, pons, or any other party named in the interface. Those names are used solely to identify the networks and protocols the app interacts with.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
